We offer two types of Call Tracking Numbers. Toll Free and Local Numbers. All phone numbers are generated randomly by availability and there are no requests for specific call tracking numbers such as vanity call tracking numbers or call tracking numbers that are similar to an existing business phone number. If you are looking for a local call tracking number and there are more than one area code in that specific metropolitan area we will try to get you a tracking number that is close to the area that you are advertising in.
For example, you will be given the option for a 1st choice area code,2nd choice area code and 3rd choic area code and based on what's available in your area, we will provide you with the call tracking number that the computer generates. All call tracking numbers have a minimum agreement of 12 months and if you decide to cancel before the term of the agreement, there is a cancellation fee of $50 to discontinue any call tracking number and you must give a 30 day notice for the cancellation of your call tracking number.
Toll free call tracking numbers are also auto generated and you are not given a choice of which preface your toll free tracking numbers comes with. Most call tracking numbers starting with 800 have been used so you will be given call tracking numbers starting with 866,877 and other prefixes for your toll free call tracking numbers.
All of our call tracking numbers are set up once and you must supply the information via email of where you want your call tracking number to forward to and what day of the week you want to receive your weekly call tracking reports. Call tracking reports are generated on Saturday of each week covering activity from Sunday-Friday of each week. Any additional requests for call tracking reports will be charged $1.00 per generated call tracking report.
SURCHARGES FOR USAGE
Each call tracking number requires the purchase of minutes in order to be active. Minutes are purchase in packages of 1 hour each. One hour of minutes will cost $10.00 and once you use all of your minutes, you must add an additional hour of minutes in order for your call tracking number to continue to work.
Most businesses will order $20.00 worth of minutes each month but if you have a high volume of calls coming to your tracking number, you will need to purchase additional minutes to keep your number active. We will notify you via email with a payment request for additional minutes when your minutes are running low.
Once payment is recieved for your call tracking number, we will contact you via email with instructions regarding your all tracking number. We will ask all of the important details for routing your call tracking number with this email so please be sure to check your spam box if you don't hear from us within 2 hours of purchasing your call tracking number.
